During my day I can help a 6 month old see their parents clearly for the first time, discuss diabetic concerns with a patient’s eye, help a teenager with their first prescription for contact lenses or help a patient understand how cataract surgery can improve their vision while reducing their need for wearing glasses. No day is ever the same. Helping people with their visual and ocular health needs has been a very rewarding profession.”
